Contact forms

If you submit the contact form, Sorsana receives the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company details and message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the AI opportunity, custom solution or operational challenge you have raised.

The contact page sends submitted enquiry information to Sorsana and forwards it into HubSpot for lead management. HubSpot may process submitted information on Sorsana's behalf as a form and customer-relationship-management provider.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential commercial relationship and maintain reasonable business records.
